Making strides against breast cancer

Aside from skin cancer, breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in women. Nearly 282,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer and about 49,000 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in 2021.

The American Cancer Society started Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks to help communities come together in the fight against breast cancer. In addition to raising awareness about breast cancer, these walks raise money to help fund research, provide free rides to chemotherapy, and more.
