Hunger Action Day

Today is Hunger Action Day, and we’re partnering with the Atlanta Community Food Bank to light the city orange and stand up to hunger.

The Atlanta Community Food Bank distributes more than 65 million meals across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, with 1 out of 7 children living in a food-insecure household.

Food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, shelters, and senior centers are some of the organizations that benefit from the Food Bank. They provide food and other resources for Georgians who suffer from hunger and food insecurity, which helps build a healthier, stronger community.
